Yes! We do have yearly subscriptions which will work out more cost effective, but you are welcome to cancel anytime on our rolling subscription options.

Yes, that is our goal! Each month, we plan to choose a different charity to donate £1 from every subscription. You can check out out ‘Puzzzle For Good’ page for more info soon.

Even though all of our puzzzles are preloved, we make sure ALL pieces are included before shipping. If you lose a piece, we will unfortunately have to take this puzzzle out of rotation. You will incur a small fee for this.

We are constantly searching for new puzzzles to add to our inventory so our lovely club members can try new things. A large portion of your fee goes towards new stock. As well as logistics and keeping our process as planet friendly as possible. We also aim to donate £1 from every subscription to charity each month when our community grows.

NO!! There is never a monthly late fee with PUZZZLECLUB, how you use your monthly subscription is up to you (though you can’t keep our puzzzles for more than three months at a time, so the rest of the community can enjoy them). Once the three months is up, a small fee will be added to your next bill, but we will give you several reminders to try to avoid this.

Up to three months! But do remember, you can’t receive your next puzzzle until we have received your last completed puzzzle.

As many as you want! The amount of puzzzles you complete each month is (mostly) up to you. The quicker you complete a puzzzle, the quicker you can post back to us, ready to receive the next puzzzle on your wishlist.
